BOBBY'S CHARGER AND SPIKE'S WILLYS TO APPEAR TOGETHER / BOBBY AND FRANK TO APPEAR TOGETHER

For the first time, Bobby Martin's Ramcharger-themed Dodge Top Alcolohol Funny Car and Spike Sterling's wild new Rush Willys will appear together. The special event is the Ohio Motorsports Expo Saturday, February 6th at the Ohio Expo Center at the State Fairgrounds near Columbus. This will be a way cool racing industry event featuring the Hemi Corral. The Hemi Corral will be made up of some of the greatest Hemi powered machinery anywhere. Dragsters, Muscle Cars, Street Rods, Super Stocks, and Gassers all in one place. Mopar freaks will really freak out over this one! But there will be plenty of cool cars of other makes as well. I will be honored to have my Charger displayed alongside the world famous Indy winning '78 Corvette of the legendary Tom "The Mongoo$e" McEwen! The show runs from 9am to 4pm and Spike and I will be there pretty much all day. Come and see us. Come and see all the awesome cars. Come and find out what's happening for the 2010 racing season.

This weekend, on January 30th, Frank Parker and I will be appearing at a special banquet at Indiana State University. Frank and I will be speaking to students, parents, faculty, and administrators about winning principles in racing that exemplify excellence in any field. Frank will cover the technical aspects of running a championship-level Top Alcohol Funny Car. I will discuss the mental and psychological approach that maximizes performance on and off the track. (Or at least how I attempt to maximize performance. . . ) We look forward to seeing our friends at Terre Haute after the team's 2009 U.S. Nationals victory with sponsorship from Indiana State University. The event takes place at ISU. The reception is at 6pm. Dinner at 7. Program at 8. Parkertech's marketing and media guy Charlie Henry says it's fun to see the students (and Frank) wearing suits.
