BOBBY MARTIN AND CAP CHARGER TO FIRE-UP TIDEWATER GRAND OPENING

NHRA's reining Division 3 Top Alcohol Funny Car Champion and 2008 Driver of the Year Bobby Martin will perform a fire-up demonstration with his race car, the CAP CHARGER at Tidewater Community College in Chesapeake Virginia on Monday, April 20th. The CAP CHARGER's supercharged Hemi engine generates more than 3000 horsepower. The demonstration will highlight festivities at TCC's Regional Automotive Center Grand Opening. The state of the art facility will be the new cornerstone of TCC's automotive education programs. The Stone Crusher monster truck will headline a great program with exhibits from major automakers, including rare concept vehicles. Martin will make a presentation including a Question and Answer session and autographs. The Grand Opening gets under way at 10am.
